**ALL CANDLE FRESHIES AND WAX MELT ORDERS ARE MADE TO ORDER**

** NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES**

- The only exception is if we have made a mistake on our end, or the product is broken during delivery process. Thanks!

-Please allow UP TO 7-10 business days for processing. That does not include holidays or weekends.

- Please keep in mind that some oil fragrances are darker than others. If you order a white freshie then it may come out more yellowish. Although I do try my best to get them perfect!

-Please use caution when using, as they may melt in extreme heat. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur. (I have never had one melt and I live in TX, but it is not uncommon.)

-Candles need to be cared for, always keep the wicks trimmed!
